Subscriptions and charges
Refund Policy
FamiForm uses Paddle as its authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes paid subscriptions, cancellations, and eligible refund requests under its buyer terms and refund policy.
Effective July 31, 2026
1. Cardless FamiForm trial
FamiForm may provide a seven-day cardless Family trial. No payment method is required for this trial, it does not automatically become a paid subscription, and there is no trial charge to refund.
2. Paid purchases through Paddle
Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for paid FamiForm subscriptions. Your payment transaction is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy, together with mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
You may submit a change-of-mind refund request within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or a renewal. Paddle reviews and processes refund requests under its policy. A request may also be considered after that period when required by applicable law or justified by a qualifying product or technical problem.
We do not apply an “all sales final” rule. Approval depends on Paddle’s policy, the circumstances of the request, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Paddle applies regional withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rights where required. The country-specific protections that apply to a buyer are not limited by the FamiForm operator being based in the United Arab Emirates.
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund using any available Paddle route:
- Open the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle purchase email.
- Use the support or refund option available in Paddle’s buyer portal.
- Visit paddle.net and choose the refund-request option.
For a technical problem with FamiForm, contact support@famiform.com first. We will try to resolve the issue and provide relevant information to Paddle when needed.
4. Technical or product problems
If a persistent technical issue or material defect prevents access to paid features as described, contact us with the account email, approximate date, and a description of the problem. Do not email identity documents, payment-card details, or private document contents unless specifically necessary and requested through a secure channel.
If we cannot resolve a qualifying problem, Paddle may issue a refund according to its policy and applicable consumer law.
5. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel a subscription at any time through FamiForm’s billing area, Paddle’s buyer portal, or the management link in your purchase email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges.
Cancellation is different from a refund: canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a completed charge.
6. Access after cancellation or refund
After a paid period ends, the workspace may return to FamiForm’s Free plan and its limits. Existing information remains available for viewing, copying, export, download, editing, and deletion, although new uploads or records may be restricted while the workspace exceeds Free limits.
If Paddle refunds a transaction, paid-plan access may end when the refund is processed or as otherwise required by Paddle’s decision.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If mandatory law offers greater protection than this policy or Paddle’s general policy, the mandatory protection applies.
