FamiForm is operated by Efren Jan Web Solutions, an establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates. Economic licence CN-6703940, issued by Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA). (“FamiForm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at support@famiform.com.

By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using FamiForm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FamiForm is designed for users worldwide and is not limited to the United Arab Emirates. You may use the service from any country where doing so is lawful and where FamiForm and its service providers can make the service available.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use FamiForm for a family, household, employer, or another person, you confirm that you have permission and lawful authority to store and manage their information.

FamiForm is not directed to children. An adult account holder may store information about a child only when authorized as a parent, guardian, or otherwise under applicable law.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use, including rules concerning identity documents, personal information, cross-border transfers, sanctions, and export controls.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your password and login methods secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• Workspace owners and administrators control invitations, roles, person-level access, editing, and source-file download permissions.
• Only invite people you trust. You are responsible for choosing appropriate access for every workspace member.

When you create an account, we record the versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy you acknowledged and your confirmation that you meet the age and authority requirements. Marketing communications, if introduced, require a separate optional choice.

Contact us immediately at support@famiform.com if you believe an account or workspace has been compromised.

FamiForm lets users organize reusable personal fields, start from blank Field Pack templates, save workspace templates containing labels and field types only, group saved values into information sets and Form Packs, draw and save handwritten-signature image fields, upload private source documents, use a one-time mobile camera handoff, run document recognition, format dates, copy selected fields, create controlled external shares, restore recent field versions, locally fill interactive PDF forms or visually place selected details on ordinary PDFs, use Quick Sign to place visual signatures and related signing details across PDF pages, send sequential visual-signature requests to recipients, invite workspace members, and receive supported reminders.

Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change that substantially reduces a paid plan, where required by law.

You retain ownership of information, files, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

• Do not upload information or documents you do not have the right to use.
• Do not draw, copy, download, or use another person’s signature unless you have clear authority to do so.
• Do not use FamiForm to impersonate someone, commit fraud, evade legal requirements, or unlawfully monitor another person.
• Review sharing permissions before inviting members or granting source-file access.
• Anyone who receives an active controlled share link can view its explicitly included information until it expires, reaches its view limit, or is revoked. Source-document shares must expire. Share links only with intended recipients and revoke a link if it may have been forwarded.
• Email delivery sends a secure link, not the selected values or files. A message already delivered to a recipient cannot be recalled, but its secure link can be invalidated.
• Before requesting another person’s signature, confirm that you may send them the document, that their email address is correct, and that the signing method is suitable for the document and applicable law.
• Maintain any independent backup required for legal, travel, immigration, employment, medical, or emergency purposes.

Free OCR may run locally in your browser. Recognition results may be incomplete, incorrectly formatted, or wrong.

You must compare extracted fields with the source document before relying on them. Optional enhanced scans send one prepared document page and, when available, bounded text read locally from that page only after your explicit choice; they are not a substitute for review. FamiForm does not provide identity verification, legal advice, immigration advice, or a certified copy of any document.

A saved handwritten signature and a Quick Sign PDF are reusable visual representations, not FamiForm-certified electronic or digital signatures. You are responsible for deciding whether you are authorized to use them and whether they are valid for the form, transaction, recipient, and applicable law. FamiForm does not witness, notarize, verify, or certify a signature.

Recipient signing uses possession of a private emailed link as an inbox-access check, records consent and limited signing events, and closes each link after use or cancellation. It does not independently verify a signer’s legal identity, authority, age, capacity, or intent beyond the choices they make in the signing page.

PDF field matching and visual placement are convenience features. You must inspect every completed PDF before submitting it; FamiForm does not guarantee that a PDF control, value, checkbox, date, text item, or visual placement was completed as a form issuer intended.

FamiForm offers Free and paid Family plans with the prices and limits shown on our pricing page. New workspaces may receive a cardless trial managed by FamiForm. A cardless trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Paid purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. At checkout, you also agree to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle supports international transactions, calculates applicable transaction taxes, and shows the available currency, payment methods, taxes, and final total before purchase. Availability may vary by location.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual term until canceled. You can cancel through FamiForm’s billing area, Paddle’s buyer portal, or the link in your purchase email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a plan ends, the workspace may return to Free limits. Existing information remains available for viewing, copying, export, download, editing, or deletion, but creating new information may be restricted while usage exceeds Free limits.

You may not:

• Access another account, workspace, or document without authorization.
• Upload malware or use the service to distribute harmful, illegal, infringing, or deceptive material.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, quotas, or service operation.
• Scrape, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated requests in a way that creates an unreasonable load or harms other users.

You may stop using FamiForm at any time. You may export account data and delete individual information sets, source files, eligible workspaces, and eligible accounts through Privacy & security. Deletion is blocked while an account owns a shared workspace or an active subscription so that another person’s access or paid service is not silently destroyed.

When an account leaves a workspace owned by another person, information contributed to that shared workspace may remain under the workspace owner’s control. Before deleting an account, remove information you are authorized to remove and export anything you need to keep.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, legal requirement, payment failure, prohibited use, or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We work to keep FamiForm secure and available, but no online service is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that extracted information will be accurate or that the service will meet every legal or administrative requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamiForm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss caused by inaccurate user-entered or machine-extracted information, unauthorized sharing chosen by a workspace administrator, or reliance on FamiForm as the only copy of a record.

Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for FamiForm during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates because that is where the FamiForm operator is based. This choice of law does not limit mandatory consumer, privacy, cancellation, warranty, or other protections that apply in your country.

Courts of competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country or another jurisdiction. Payment transactions with Paddle are also governed by the regional and country-specific provisions in the Paddle Buyer Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
