Preparing FamiForm…
Security overview
FamiForm helps adults organize information about their household. It is designed so people decide what to save, who can see it, and when it should be removed.
Accounts, workspaces, database records, and stored source files require authenticated, scoped access. Sensitive actions are recorded without recording field values.
Local OCR can run in the browser, and optional AI-assisted scanning produces suggestions only. A person must review and choose what to save. Keeping an original source file is optional.
Family workspaces use roles and person-level access. Linking a person to an account does not automatically reveal every record or source file.
Export or delete individual information sets and source files. Eligible accounts and workspaces also have permanent-deletion controls protected by recent authentication.
What FamiForm does not do
FamiForm does not use saved fields or source files for targeted advertising. Optional enhanced scans are clearly labeled, require an explicit choice before one prepared page and bounded locally read text leave the browser, and keep human review before saving.
Security reduces risk; it cannot remove it completely. Use a unique password, enable authenticator-app MFA, review workspace members, and only store information that is necessary. For detail, see the Privacy Policy, Terms, or contact support@famiform.com.
