Use a provider-neutral prompt to structure document details in an external AI workflow, then validate and review the result before importing selected fields. Shared-link records can now be archived, restored for reference without reactivating access, or permanently deleted after they are inactive. Public guides and use cases can also be shared with native device controls or a copied canonical link, and guide updates are available through a no-tracking RSS feed.
