How to prepare information for school enrollment forms
School forms repeat many household details, but each school decides what it requires. A prepared information checklist saves time while keeping the school’s own form and privacy instructions authoritative.

Separate student and guardian information
Create an individual record for each student. Keep legal name, preferred name, birth date, address, identifiers, and school references clearly labelled.
Store guardian and emergency-contact details as distinct fields. Review who is authorized to receive or provide information before sharing access with another account.
Treat sensitive and changing details differently
Contact numbers, addresses, insurance references, medical instructions, and authorized pickup information can change. Review them before each new term or application.
Do not collect health or identity information merely because it might be useful later. Follow the school’s secure submission route for anything it asks to receive directly.
Build a repeatable form pack
Select the stable fields a school requests repeatedly and save a Form Pack for that workflow. Keep one-off answers out of the pack when they are specific to a particular event or year.
Before submission, compare the prepared fields with the school’s current form, update anything that changed, and inspect the finished result.
Can I keep details for siblings?
Yes. Keep each child in a separate person record so values and permissions do not become mixed.
Does FamiForm send the enrollment form?
No. It prepares reusable information; you submit through the school’s required channel.
